Andrew and his team have always been outstanding when repairing and servicing our ice cream and Refridgeration units. They are tidy, reliable and would highly recommend to any business that need air conditioning / refrigeration requirements

Award supplied and fitted an air to air heater and air con unit in my home. Their price was fair and they were able to offer me a prompt fitting day.Andy and his apprentice arrived on time as promised, and they were very well organised and professional. They had the right tool for every job and I loved the fact that it was being fitted by a proper, qualified engineer, and a younger lad who was serving a real 2 year apprentice training course. I wish more companies would set up apprentice schemes like this.They worked quickly and efficiently, and took care to leave no mess or dust. Fitting a combined heater and air con unit took most of the day, but I could see that it was a job that had to be done well and had to be tested thoroughly. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner!So, yes, I do recommend them highly. Polite, helpful, professional, competitive and able to offer a proper apprentice training scheme. I wish all companies were like this

It will always be delivered on time and is always clean and tidy.If its refrigeration, air conditioning or cold room hire, we struggle to find a a company that offers these service cheaper! I first used Award Refrigeration for an emergency fridge repair. The engineer was quick to attend and found and rectified the problem within an hour of arriving (actually had the part needed in his van!). I have since been using and recommending Award Refrigeration ever since and have never been disappointed.

I recently put an acquaintance of mine in touch with Award Refrigeration because they were having trouble with their Aircon unit. They'd already had some quotes to replace the unit but Andrew Ward's quote was more comprehensive and competitive so they chose to go with it.
