Just completed my 10 day detox for Alcohol and can honestly cannot speak highly enough of ALL staff, great groups, workshops, met some really inspiring people and great company. Food amazing, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are available 24/7.Would recommend The Level to anyone in need of that help and reassurance to start their own journey to recovery whether it’s your first time or your 3rd, 4th or 5th!! Everyone is treated with respect, dignity and as equals.

I was at Edwin house last December for an alcohol detox and was really pleased with the facilities, care and help I received during my stay. The staff were competent, caring and ensured everyone was able to make the most of their stay. The groups were informative and useful. It was good to use the gym and also do yoga. I would recommend Edwin house to anyone who needs a detox or other substance related help.

Totally pointless. The guests (prisoners) are left to their own devices and left to figure out how things work as they go. The en-suite" is a toilet. You have to ask permission to use the bathroom or shower

I just wanted to thank everybody that looked after me during my stay at the level,.I understand my stay didn't go as planned and i know I had to have been a pain sometimes but i am so grateful to have had the opportunity to come and stabilise, also I am really thankful for the consideration of my situation and extension of my stay..i just wanted to thank you all so much for your help..
