Had to book two days off work for a delivery that never showed up. And after we chanced them up for the 7th time was told it was damaged and had to be shipped back to the sender.

Terrible experience, Nicole from their Milton Keynes office was very unprofessional. She promised she would be the contact person for our shipment, not only nobody ever showed up, she didn't bother answering the phone all day, leaving us under the rain with all our goods completely ruined. She then promised to call us back with information on when the shipment would be happening and never bothered to call and nobody ever picked up the goods. I was shocked about the poor service, lack of responses, terrible attitude, incorrect information provided. Thankfully we found a much more competent company that helped us.

The guy on the gate could do with a few hours at a charm school, but the lads in the yard were spot on very helpful.
