After a telephone call with Dan he popped round, diagnosed the problem…2 problems found. Intermittent faulty aerial socket/plug connection behind the tv, repaired in minutes…& then the main problem, a rain damaged signal splitter box, positioned on the edge of the chimney stack. Signal splitter box replaced & all cables re-connected, all done with the minimum of fuss. Very well explained & discussed & done with alacrity.100% recommendation to Dan & Top Signal Services.

Dan attended on time and managed to resolve my lack of reception for freeview in my flat. As this is a block of flats, there were issues gaining access to the aerial, but thankfully he also helped me with that. Now I have perfect reception for freeview channels, and new cabling was installed neatly. Other issues were also identified with the communal set up to resolve at a later date. Would recommend to anyone who needs aerial/satellite repair or installation.

I spoke to Dan the engineer at 11:00 and he arrived at 13:30. Quick, efficient, very nice and got right to it.Rapid excellent service. Have never known anyone to show up so quickly after being contacted for the first time. Triple A service.

Excellent service. We were provided with expert advice and a valuable opinion during a visit beforehand to make sure the correct solution was selected. Dan and Wayne came soon after and did a perfect job putting up our TV and concealing the wires in the wall.We’re very happy and it’s clear they know their stuff. An excellent job. The initial enquiry was answered promptly. The engineer arrived on time, removed his shoes on entry, was speedy and efficient. He then walked and talked me through everything he had done and followed up with a professional report.

Dan came over at half an hour's notice and had our Freesat signal working again really quickly. He used proper tools of the trade to validate the satellite signal and fitted a high quality connector to our cabling. He was responsive via whatsapp and over the phone. We were very happy to support local business!
