Would highly recommend Groom Guru! Silbi is probably the best groomer I’ve ever come across. It's the first time I’ve come across a groomer that emphasises animal welfare and grooming as preventative care for dogs to this extent, and she really makes an effort to be meticulous with everything she does to ensure the long-term health of my dog.

Our large dog received a full grooming treatment and it was done expertly and with great care for the dog’s comfort. It was obvious they take pride in what they do, genuinely love animals, and can be trusted with your pup. Highly recommend

Have had my dog Noah groomed here a couple times now and he simply adores Silbi - Noah doesn't usually like his groomers! She is so interactive and patient with him and that's just on top of the immaculate skills she has when it comes to looking after her clients' fur, ears, paw pads, nails, and everything. Super helpful as well for at-home tips, you can tell she cares about the dog's well-being above everything, which is amazing to see. Noah can't wait to be back!

I had a great experience getting my Sadie groomed here! The owner/groomer is very caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of how to care for my Sadie at home. Thank you for taking the time and effort to speak to me about my Sadie after the appointment! A big bonus is that the environment was very calm and spa-like, which is a nice change from our previous groomers which were always stressful and tense. I will be back - and highly recommend to any interested dog owners!

Silbi is an incredible groomer! We have been taking our Miniature Schnauzer to her for quite some time and she always does an incredible job. She is professional, timely, and communicative. Our dog was at first a bit fearful of the groomers, but Silbi has taken the time to make our dog comfortable and trusting. Couldn’t imagine going to anyone else!

We have been going to Silbi for our dog grooming ever since we found her! My Bichon Benji and Silbi adore each other, and she is so kind and gentle with him, and indeed all animals. No one else has managed to clean Benji's ears, do his teath and literally transform him into a new dog every 5 weeks like Silbi does! We are ALWAYS being complimented on his hair cut, and he walks around like he knows he's had the best! I couldn't recommend Groom Guru more highly - I love Silbi too!!

We have visited so many groomers over the years - and this is by far the best one yet! Milou seemed so incredible comfortable and happy to be there. Silbi was wonderful and so incredibly kind, gentle and loving. Usually he gets super nervous in groomers.I explained what I wanted to Silbi and she absolutely nailed this groom!
