Disappointed with this delivery. It was extremely late although with an apology. The food was hot but bland where normally it’s first class. So, … sorry but only 3 stars this time Thames rd as when I rang to air my concern I only got a second apology. Not good enough in my opinion when you spend £35 on a takeaway!

Ordered from here as it was the only Chinese open on the night. Although they did not have every meal we wanted. When we placed the order they told us it will be 1hour and 40 min because they were busy. Thank you for your honesty. We proceeded to order but it came 30 min late but to be fair they must have been very busy. We rang up to ask where the food was and they said it’s on its way and it turned up in 5 min. The food was really nice and it came hot I was expecting it to be cold. The portions were massive! I think I will be making this Chinese our regular takeaway.

Usually absolutely spot on. Got what I get every single time I order (chicken curry chips and fried rice) but the chicken is sour, the chips are manky. rang up to just be told sorry. Much help thanks. Definitely put me off

Paid £8 for so called spare ribs, more like dog bones, there was more meet on a pigs oink. Dog enjoyed them though, delivery guy as a nice chap

Prices up food quality DownChiken in the balls tastless rubbery and thick soggy batter egg foo yung tastless prawns like bouncy balls Satay chicken boild rubbery tastless chips OK and prawn toast good but would not order from them again better in the local area 3 out of 10

Wow. Ordered special curry and salt and pepper chips. Couldn't eat it. I crunched into chunks of salt numerous times. My mouth hurts so bad. Will not be ordering from u again. All food went into bin

Used this takeaway for nearly 10 years,it has gone down hill as fast as its prices increase every week.Strangely prices never compare to the menu illegally I'm sure.Food is inedible, sour,not fresh,chips black maybe should clean fryers not put on customers plates.Whatever has happened in the last 18 months here the place is 0 for quality0 for taste0 for value0 for serviceWe have tried different things to give them a chance. Unfortunately I marched up to the takeaway to return as we preferred it to being sick.

What an amazing meal.We had a rather large order tonight for my husbands birthday, the young man who served us carried the box to my car. Thank you so much; that was such a helpful thing to do. Above and beyond.The food was amazing.Thank you so much. We will be back again very soon
