The full experience with Harvey/4Com/HiHi has been faultless. from sales to onboarding the process was seamless. Adam from the sales team was very professional and explained everything in great detail. when it came to install Kieran did a fantastic job and went over and above to make sure our system worked as we wanted it too. Comes highly recommended.

We finally selected HiHI as our analogue phone replacement to VOIP, we signed the contract Monday, the engineer was in Tuesday morning on time and the hardware turned up 20 min later. Dave installed and configured them with no aggravation or disruption, can’t fault him. Very professional, had some basic training and we were up and using them, when the lines are ported over a bit more training and we will be away with a brand new easy to use system.

Mike Graham recently visited us for our final phase install. I was a bit apprehensive as sometimes technology scares me! Mike made the team and I feel at ease and ensured everything was explained clearly. On top of this, the training that he provided to the team was hugely helpful and left us feeling confident that we have made the correct decision in using HiHi!

We have recently been upgraded to the HiHi 3 handsets and we were lucky to get Jack to come and do the install. He was prompt, couteous and helpful, making sure that all the phones were installed, working and everyone knew what they were doing. We may have had some issues with lines etc. but the customer service has always been first rate and everyone I have spoken with has gone out of their way to help us

The Harvey Communication engineers were both friendly & approachable. They explained everything they were doing as well as checking before switching off anything that would cause us minimal downtime.The whole process was quick, with no issues and little disruption, very pleased.
