A thorough explanation of each test performed was given , plus important advice on the way forward. My main ( and red flagged) culprit was 'very low vitamin D ', and the doctor instructed me to contact my GP soon.So very pleased that I visited Lisa.First class service all round and can thoroughly recommend The Independent Nurse.

Caring and professional I enjoyed a comprehensive service where others would only offer a partial one. I learnt that just suction does not clear a strong ear blockage because it does not clear to the membrain. Lisa did both which is exceptional. It did the job for me. Thank you Lisa. I will know where to come in the future

I went to my local Independent Nurse Lisa Gibbons today 24-1-23 for microsuction treatment on my ears and was delighted with the result, feeling instant relief and ampified hearing again once the procedure was over. Lisa was lovely, she is very patient-focussed and empathetic, also explaining the procedure step by step so I knew what to expect. It is a much more comfortable process as compared to traditional ear syringing/irrigation. With the correct on-going ear care i hope to keep it at bay for now but should I need it again I certainly re-book with Lisa x

Lisa was amazing, came home and helped me pack my wound, explained everything in detail, took her time to do it and did not rush me at all, was very gentle and plesant. Would recommend her with all my heart.
