My house sale was a particularly difficult due to a very messy separation. Hywel Anthony Estate Agents managed both of us (sellers) separately and acted with discretion. Very unimpressed. My daughter and I went to view a house, all arranged with Hywel Anthony on 17th November. 10.15 appointment, and we were there waiting at 10.15. They had sent a reminder at 9.15. Nobody showed up, so we rang them and they insisted they had sent an email and a voice mail cancelling. Neither of those ever arrived, so did they send them? And if it was indeed cancelled, why did they send a reminder about the viewing just 1 hour before the appointment?Not good enough. Just not good enough
