Rachel is outstanding. Her local knowledge and experience in this field sets the bar much higher than other agents we have used in the past. She is extremely friendly and reliable and made the whole experience a pleasant and comfortable one. Her rates are extremely competitive and she was always on hand to answer any questions or queries no matter what time of day or night and even when she was on holiday. I would highly recommend Rachel and her company and will definitely be using again in the future xx

Rachel is amazing , she got my house on the market on the same day, a sale agreed within 2 weeks and kept everything on track for a speedy , smooth sale. If you ask a question you get a same day reply, this takes away a huge amount of stress and worry . After being let down by a previous estate agents Wayman has restored my trust. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I can’t thank Rachel in particular enough. If you are looking for an honest , hardworking estate agents who will get the job done look no further.
