I have just had a Winter Service at Toyota, which was excellent. I must thank the young lady who welcomed me and the coffee. The Service Advisor Tristan Roberts was very helpful in sorting out my requests and I must also thank the Technician Michael Smith for the video of the inspection.My car was returned to me in a washed and vacuumed 'Like new' condition, thank you all for a splendid experience.

Great experience buying a car from Toyota Bromsgrove. Brian did an excellent job of showing us the options and found exactly the right car for us at a great price. We have just bought a used vehicle from Toyota Bromsgrove. The sales consultants name was Elvis and he was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions on the vehicle we wanted to buy and worked really hard in getting us the best deal on our part exchange. I would highly recommend a visit to Toyota Bromsgrove if you are looking to buy a car, remember to ask if Elvis is in the building so he can look after you too!

Took the car in for a winter check and must admit was very impressed with the service and checks carried out and the price paid which was excellent. From the start I was welcomed and decided to wait for the check to be carried out, the reception area was pleasant and drinks were available. I received a video of the main checks carried out after they were completed and before I was formally advised that my car was ready so I could take in any recommendations, I received a detailed check list from the representative and whilst I had no issues these would have been discussed with me and advised on check list and video. The car was washed and vacuumed to a very good standard and I received an Ice scrapper and a good-sized de-icer spray. I found my experience to be a very pleasant and positive one, excellent value for money and will certainly return for a winter check next year.Well done to all staff within the branch; from reception to the representative looking after me, staff carrying out the cleaning of the car and the great service by the engineer.

Ordered my car got it very quickly which i am very happy with. The team over there very welcoming and helpful, particularly Elvis who gave outstanding customer service and was instrumental in me getting it fairly quickly. One of the best dealerships I’ve been to and if your looking for a Toyota I highly recommend the Bromsgrove one.

Steven Eagell, Bromsgrove is obviously one of the 'flagship' dealerships of this company; other Steven Eagell car sales and service centres could look to them, according to the reviews I've read!   I was very happy with my experience, buying a used car, in the expert hands of Olivia. The service was courteous, informative and responsive - thank you Olivia. I made an appointment with Olivia, who found out what I was looking for and she had then done her homework and I bought the first car she showed me - perfect! However, if I'd read the general Trust Pilot, Steven Eagell reviews (not Bromsgrove), I might have gone over the road to Nissan! This dealership has recently changed hands, but has the original great team, who are as good as ever - long may this last.

A big shout out to Toyota Bromsgrove for finding me my dream car. I spent 10 weeks searching everywhere, driving all over the country only to be presented with disappointing cars and poor salesmanship. Thank you to Davood who initially introduced me to the Toyota CHR and took me on my first test drive. Thank you to Glynn who not only went out of his way to find me the car I wanted but also the colour, milage and budget and specific details to march my high standards! A tall order I may add. Lastly but certainly not least a big thank you to Elvis who guided me through my journey showing me everything I needed to know and giving me the confidence to make the transition from a manual car to my first automatic car. He pulled out all the stops when I turned up to collect my car, presenting me with flowers and prosecco and an unvailing of the car. I was absolutely overwhelmed and felt truly special, a great start to my birthday and great memories for me to keep. :)

One of the better experiences I've had with a dealership. Rhianne was very polite and professional. She answered any questions I had and made my experience all the better. I purchased a Yaris Hybrid.
