Quite when I was last in. Makes a change.Clean tidy yard .

When I went to dump out stones and rubble I also got compost from there. The compost is great and the staff are even better; the staff are friendly and helpful

Great customer service and guidance.

Website says closes at 4.00 turn up at 15.43 to see gates closed and told by operative on other side to come back tomorrow as site shuts at 15.45…. Either way timing is out so a complete wasted journey.

Have been using this centre all year and until now no issues, apparently you need your permit printed out on A4 paper so a member of staff can see it from 2ft away from the vehicle, get with the times Perth Council (can you not scan a vehicle as it enters via a camera or are you still in the dark ages up here in Perth)… as for your staff they have no people skills whatsoever… if they can’t read a 7 digit vehicle registration number from a phone with a 10 inch screen zoomed in from 2ft away then they should be booking an appointment with an optician….

Terrible, the person that is there is an illiterate condescent person that don't have manners do deal with the public.He expects that people can read his mind, then deals with you like you don't deserve any respect. I wouldn't employ a person like this on my company, that reflects badly on me.The other recycling center (Friarton Recycling Centre) are very polite and always outside very willing to help, that puts iveralmond recycling center on a Big shame as they never out willing to help, just willing to tell you off .

Arrogant and just plain rude. This person shouldn’t be working with public.
