New to the area and needed my wedding dress and husbands suit dry cleaned. Highly recommend after coming across Luv 2 Iron. I thought my wedding dress was ruined at the bottom and that there was no way to salvage it but they have done amazing with the dress coming up like it is brand new again. Everything is perfectly cleaned and fresh thank you so much!

Thank you to Lorraine for saving the day two days before my wedding. I had already had so many ups and downs with alterations on my dress elsewhere and was desperate to have it steamed one more time prior to wearing it. I went in on a whim and Lorraine did it for me on the spot, no questions asked, she took so much care with my dress and was keen to get it as perfect as could be. Within minutes we were chatting like old friends and for that she’s gained a customer for life as that customer care is just as important as the ironing itself! She even carried the dress out to my car and made sure it was laid as neatly as possible to prevent anymore creases. She truly saved the day and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

AVOID THIS PLACE .I have never come across such a unprofessional and useless place in my life.They keep my wife coat for nearly a month .All this time they will not answer the phone and when they were answering they were telling me different lies every day .One day they were telling to collect on Thursday and when I went there it was closed .After that I was told to come on Saturday and Saturday they told me that they had no electricity and can’t open .It was like this for a month.I collected my wife coat today after one month and not dry cleaned.If I could give 0 star rating I will.Please avoid this place as is an absolutely joke .

The owner of the wedding dress boutique at Ealing, really warned me to pick a trustworthy one, as the dry cleaners could ruin your wedding dress if they don't do it properly. The dress had alot of beads, netting and other complicated detail, so I was very close to going all the way to Ealing to get my dress cleaned.But instead I took the risk and went locally to Luv2Iron, because I didn't want to travel 2-3 hours.The dress was all muddy from walking around on my Chinese wedding day, especially through Belhus Park for photos.I was really nervous about dry cleaning my dress here, but when I saw the dress again, I have to say that Lorraine did an amazing job, because my wedding dress looked like it was glowing again.Highly recommended, she really takes alot of care in cleaning your special dress. :)

Have used this service for at least 2 years, fabulous service, Lorraine is brilliant, ironing is always gorgeous, do not know where I’d be without Luv to Iron .
