Once I had located the man I wanted, the transaction went smoothly. Can't talk for the ignorance of other mechanics who could clearly see me and the fact I was hunting for someone but I was obviously lost and no one stepped up to enquire if I was ok

Visited on 29/5/2021, friendly staff, lovely food, prices not cheap but food is very good quality so prices are fair and not expensive. Very pleasant quiet surroundings.

Super unproffesional, bad time management and service. Dropped a van in for diagnose, kept postponing me, after trips back and forth, and charged £440 ( for diagnose only)got the keys back, dead battery, radio won't start. Reception tells me technician went home, come back on Monday.Took the vehicle to another garage, sorted out the fuses and relays HTC had blown, then asked HTC to refund, and refused to do so. Very dissapointed, I could gove them 0 stars if I could, lady in reception is very rude and not very helpful. Could be just bad luck, or just the Hemel branch, but definitely won't go back or recommend them.

Excellent service. Always. Tried other branches but by far the best. I once ordered a ton of brake parts and they said about 3 hrs. So I went shopping for an hour. Guy was arriving as we returned. So from order it had gone from hemel to dunstable then out to me in less than an hours. Tom in parts and Louise in dvsa inspections at hemel are extra helpful.

Good staff and always ready to help for a you're company needs with covid safety at the forefront
