Using Cumbernauld Law for the sale of my property was excellent and the service delivered by Lisa was top class. I have never been through this process before, so to have Lisa guide me through every step was exactly what I was looking for. Very unprofessional services! I went for 1 to 1 free interview with Sharon Gardner and she told me that they charge £150 per hour of work I agreed on price. Then after I received an email from her stating that she will charge me £175 per hour ! Then I texted her back that we agreed different price (£150) and I don't want her service anymore for that price (£175)! Now she is charging me £90 for the work she done! What work???( bit pricey for writing 1 email). I would definitely would not recommend a service from who is not telling true and try to rip you off your money!

I engaged this Law firm to handle the sale of my deceased sister's house. I was contacted by Carol who detailed the costs involved. They were cheaper than the Law firm suggested by my Estate Agent. I had read the reviews and did see some poor ones so wondered if their cost reflected this. Not so! I received excellent service from this company and Carol kept me informed whenever they did, or received, anything related to the sale. The transaction was completed in 5 weeks and I received the sale price, less the Estate Agent's fee and their fees (exactly as quoted) within 2 days. Very professional and very good value. No hesitation in recommending this Law practice.

I contacted the cumbernauld law practice to act as mediators as part of a child custody case. I was put on to Sharon Gardner to take this on. I was quoted £84 to be split by both parties. The cumbernauld law practice offered mediation to my ex partner which she declined but asked a question. I then answered the question but received an invoice for £420 from Sharon Gardner. I pointed out that I had not received any quote for any work that would take place despite me asking directly how much her services would be. I was advised that I would be informed of any cost if the case proceeded to court. When I questioned the bill I was told I was getting charged for calling the office and responding to my ex partners question.This is just simply very bad practice. No other business would operate in this way. I never agreed to any quote as no quote was offered.Avoid this company at all costs.

Cumbernauld Law Practice (Amrit in particular) have been fantastic in helping my parents. Amrit took the extra time needed to explain every detail and check that parents understood all of the paperwork.
