Had the pleasure of having Mr Kashif Ahmad as my agent. Great guy, no upsell other than usual collision damage waiver costs and explaination. Had to wait a little as he was with another customer but there's a large waiting room with hot drinks or go see the new cars they have in the showroom.Got a new Polo to drive and would definitely recommend VWFS Rent-A-Car if you need a car. Plenty of choice from them with an upfront cost and at a decent price once everything is factored in compared to other rental agencies.

I’ve used this rental a few times now since it’s opened and would definitely recommend it. Kashif & Chris are fantastic hosts. They are always happy to help and they get you on the road very quickly.I won’t go anywhere else now for rentals as nowhere comes close to the 5 star service I receive here.
