I would not hesitate to recommend Tappers Funeral Service. The care and compassion the whole team showed my family and I made arranging a funeral for Mum so much easier to bear. Nothing is too much trouble.

Jonnie and the team at Tappers Broadstone offer a very professional, friendly, compassionate service. Jonnie was so helpful and his calm manner was so appreciated at such a difficult time. Our celebrant, Neil, who Jonnie put us in touch with was amazing. He brought are memories of mum alive and we couldn't have asked for any more. Tappers crematorium at harbour view is just lovely, modern, clean, a very calming atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend Tappers.

Since our first contact with Jan and her Team in Broadstone we have been treated with the utmost respect, dignity, empathy, sympathy and compassion at all times. My wife and I live some 600 miles from Broadstone, but Jan and the Team always maintained regular communication and updates on progress - distance was no barrier to them. Nothing was too much for them. They went above and beyond what was expected of them during normal" times and excelled themselves during this most unusual of times. They adhered to current policy and procedure for working under the severe constraints of Covid19 and we never felt anything other than safe in their caring hands. We first used Tapper, Broadstone in 2012 for my Dad's funeral and we have used them again more recently for my Mum.All of the staff in the office have always shown sensitivity and compassion which helped so much during this difficult time. The office is calm and welcoming and Jonnie has always answered any queries promptly and put my mind at rest.My daughter and I went to visit Mum in the Chapel of Rest and Yvonne showed us so much empathy and kindness at that time.We had Mum's funeral and wake at Harbour View, we used Long Barrow Ceremonial Hall and the Purbeck tea rooms. Tapper put us in touch with Neil who was the celebrant, he delivered a beautiful reflection of Mum's life. All of the staff at Harbour View provided an excellent service, showing respect and compassion at all times. It was so lovely not to feel rushed. The food and drink provided was of an excellent standard. Many people who attended and had not been to Harbour View before and commented on what a beautiful, peaceful place it is to have a funeral.I would thoroughly recommend Tapper and Harbour View to anyone in the future.

A big thank you to Jonnie at Tappers funeral directors in Broadstone, his kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made such a huge difference to me in dealing with my late Uncle's funeral. Both before the funeral and on the day of the funeral. It had been a sudden death and he was very gentle in taking me through the whole procedure.Highly recommend them.

Tappers in Broadstone are wonderful! Especially Lydia and the celebrant they recommend; Steve! My mothers funeral was obviously a very difficult moment for my family and me and they just made everything so easy! I also live abroad so again it was so nice having them help my sept dad and family organize everything. Also Harbour view is the most beautiful place and the staff there truly are lovely! I would absolutely recommend these guys and unfortunately im sure I will have to use them again someday, but I now feel a little easier and grateful for them if and when I do. Thank you.
