I didn't realise we had this gem just around the corner from us! I have 2 German shepherds, one of which is a rescue and gets nervous around other dogs and the other one is a lockdown pup who never leaves my side - quite a handful!Julia & Steve were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming and professional! Just taken our Yorkshire Terrier, Benji, to Top to Tail Grooming. As he dislikes being brushed, his coat was very tangled, but he came out looking very smart. Julia and Steve were excellent, listening to what we wanted and making Benji very welcome. They also gave us some useful advice about how to get Benji used to being brushed so, hopefully, they will have an easier job on his next visit!

I would just like to say that the actual groom was adequate but was disappointed at how they seemed to have a lack of knowledge of how to handle a 10 month old, very lively puppy. The 2 hour session lasted 1 hour 15 minutes and I feel that for the amount of money it cost, I didn’t get the service that I paid for.

Took my ragdoll cat Maisie today, she was full of mats and had to have a lion cut, she looks so much healthier! Lovely and welcoming, I highly recommend! Thank you so much!!!

My little dog loved coming to the salon and always looks stunning when she comes out! Great service, highly recommended.

Excellent service from Julia and her assistant 'Rosie' they were really gentle and my little dog came home looking and smelling fabulous. Definitely recommend. :-)

Uneven cut and I won't be returning. My wife returned after an appointment in April and explained that the brush she was recommended at the pet shop was inadequate so our dog was knotty. Groomer then kindly sold my wife a comb and gave her a old and well used brush which would do until we brought a new one. She was told by the groomer that she had seen worse and there was NO warning that our dog would be cut so so short. Then my wife went to collect her and the bill came to £49 and my wife gave her £50 cash and wanted to get out ASAP. Once shock had worn off we made a complaint and she offered to have her back (but absolutely no refund) but in my opinion, a professional dog groomer should have adequate experience to get it right first time. She has since has revoked her offer of correcting our dogs cut since posting a negative review. No matter how short she had to be cut, it should still look neat and even, not patchy (dog from advert where blind man sheers dog instead of sheep comes to mind). They even cut off her whiskers. I have paid good money for a bad service.

Always a fantastic cut on my little Flora. Very nice people and a fantastic service. Would never take her to anyone else now. 10/10
