This company blatantly attempt to extortion and deceive customers. Our car went in for a glow plug change (£38 from Merecedes-Benz, plus labour costs) and this garage quoted £688.83 including additional parts which DID NOT need repairing. Contacted for a refund of false diagnosis. Flat out refused. Motor Ombudsman and IMI contacted for further resolution. Avoid at all costs.

These guys are great, better than my main dealer experience. I will be using all the time now for my servicing and MOT. They are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Big thanks to Steve!

Great local garage. Used genuine manufactures parts because the car is still under warranty and charged half what we would have paid at the main dealer for the same service. Car returned washed and vacuumed. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is a superb garage. They will go the extra mile to repair a car rather than it being scrapped, and their prices are not over the moon. It also helps that the staff are knowledgeable and reassuring and very pleasant

Very bad communication. Been having a misfire on C1, went to different garages, subsequent different repairs and diagnostics. Booked here has a try to get ridd of the check engine ligth, that is been around for months ( ruff on idle). Went in for a carbon build up walnut blasting (intake and valves).Bad communication:1 A 2 week booking, asked if it was ready that day i deliver, probably not, probably tomorrow. Next day called, they didnt know when would be ready, because they order sensor and intake gasket from the main dealer without teling me.2 When i did the booking i told what has been done, when i gave it a look on the invoice later, because i found a bit to much, notice that coil and spark plugs were replaced, when i said ive check them.3 Also orings and stuf for the injectors, they didnt asked, i actually had spares in the car, even have a spare injector just in case.The Wlanut blasting that was the only thing i wanted done is 480, i paid 808, and unfortunnetaly the idle is still ruff and the check engine ligth just showed up ( they erased the code). I dont rate less because the work they did on the car was well done.

Dodgy!!! I asked for a quote on replacing a timing belt on my Vauxhall Corsa. Firstly I was told it would take a while for a quote and then asked if I had got a quote from elsewhere? I replied yes! Then asked how much?? I replied I would prefer you to give me your own quote! I was then was told they would not quote me… What’s going on here then?? Most unprofessional and unpleasant.Are they worried that they would be caught out again on over charging, as they have been on numerous occasions before. Anyway very unhelpful… I suggest people avoid this establishment who are not willing to be upfront with their customers, as it’s only going to end in a disaster…

Nev'll Fix It are always friendly, polite and strive to sort out any car problems. We have been using them for 20 years and rate them highly for their technical expertise and their customer service.

Great team at Nev’ll Fix it (terrible name though). The staff are professional, courteous and always go above and beyond to help.I’ve been taking my car there for years. I think they are the most honest garage around.Would highly recommend.

Nev'll Fix It have just fixed a problem I had with my Nissan Leaf. They did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend them.They fixed what turned out to be a simple fix and something even Nissan in Tunbridge Wells couldn't do, without having my car sent away.
