Henriette, my physiotherapist at Vinery Raod Studio helped me with recovering from a broken elbow.When I started physio my shoulder was very stiff and now I've got back to the whole range of movements!

I saw two physios at Vinery Road, firstly Rowan and then Henri. Rowan was great - she discussed the injuries that my knee had encountered for the past 10 years and we decided that shockwave therapy and strengthening exercises would be the best solution. After three sessions of shockwave therapy my knee already felt stronger. I then met with Henri who developed a strength and conditioning programme for the gym and gave me a running assessment to improve my running style to create less impact on my knees. 6-months on and I am running and working out at the gym with no problems - all I have and continue to see is improvement. Thank you so much for your help.Would 100% recommend.

Rowan is the best physio therapist I’ve come across with. She also has a great team - Alice has always welcomed me at the reception with a big smile and got back to me promptly and I have had life saving massages by Shelly! The best physio in Cambridge!
