I took a trip to Amica Bridal Boutique with a friend. What can I say, amazing customer service. Laura and Karen were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, polite and both tried their upmost to accommodate. Would definitely recommend this boutique.

I had an appointment on Thursday to try on some wedding dresses. We met with Laura who was great from the start. We all felt welcomed and really enjoyed our experience at Amica. I found my dress here too. I would highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for your wedding dress. X

Although I didn’t purchase my dress my Amica - I had the best experience there over all other shops. Amy who worked with me was incredible and so friendly and knowledgable and made me really enjoy the experience (even though I thought I wouldn’t be that into it!) the setting and the process is lovely and the variety of dresses also great.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere and selection of beautiful dresses, everyone there was super helpful and even gave me free alterations due to getting the dress for a charity event and they wanted to contribute on their behalf! I'm super impressed and would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much!

I cannot express how lovely and helpful the staff at Amica were. Not only were we planning the whole wedding in 7 months, but halfway through the planning process we relocated to Germany, putting even more time pressure on everything.Amica was more than just helping me find my dress. They walked us through the process without making me feel silly, and really understood how to make both me and my husband feel comfortable. They fit the dress perfectly, and my consultant Sarah was always welcoming and friendly every time we went for an appointment.With all the stresses of planning a wedding, it turned out that dress shopping absolutely didn't have to be one of them, and we are both so grateful for everything. Thank you Amica Bridal!

We bought a prom dress from Amica and from the moment we walked into the store, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and a second alteration that was needed with very short notice happened without any problem. They provide exceptional service, I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them again!

I’ve been to Amica for my sister-in-law’s dress and now for my own and cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are so friendly and you instantly feel at ease. With a private appointment and relaxing music we all felt so calm. The excitement these women have and how happy they are for you makes this experience even more amazing. The gowns are to die for alongside all the accessories, what more could you want!

We took a trip to Amica today to find my daughters prom dress and wow!! The lady went above and beyond for us, she ended up pulling a dress out that wasn’t even on the shop floor and it took our breaths away! Thank you so much for all your help! Can’t wait to come back down to collect the dress :)

Spent quite a few hours here today and I cannot praise Laura & Mia enough... patience, input and blinking brilliant customer service not only for the bride but all of the brides wedding committee.. lovely ladies, they have a great understanding and approach..they have 5 stars from me as that is the level of service they provided.. thank you x
