Stopped by this garage after being unable to fill my car up due to a broken fuel cap. Luckily the very friendly mechanics were willing to have a look at it on a busy Friday afternoon, managed to get the cap off and provided me with a temporary fix for my trip to Manchester. Free of charge as well - thank you so much for all your help and if I need any repairs in future I shall keep you in mind!

Costed me £110 for an MOT, took the car apart without my permission and didn’t tell me, so had to pay for their time too.Fitted a new hand break a month and a half ago, yet it failed on the handbrake when it was MOT’d!Wouldn’t go here, overcharge and take the mick completely.

I would recommend them. Lee is friendly and honest. They are relatively good at communicating via telephone. Although sometimes I have to chase them. Most importantly, I have researched their advice and charges on the internet and found them to be appropriate. Once they returned my car with additional problems suggesting they don't always QC well, but they fixed the problem at no cost. I like that you can book a courtesy car for free. They also have an online booking system and when I have used it the owner rang me back within the hour, excellent.

Excellent service! we are a car dealership based in Bristol, we had a customer with a few issues and industry auto took the van in and completed all work within a day. Customer was happy and the price of the work was good. Would definately recommend!

Had my car broken down and unable to start due to unknown issue. AA towed the car and the garage door was very prompt with accepting the car and getting to work on the issue within a day. Diagnosed the issue as broken fuel pump and also replaced the crank position sensor. Very fair price and prompt response. Happy with customer service. Lee was friendly, professional, and very approachable.

Lee is friendly, proffessional and very easy to talk to. They do a great job, top quality work and for a great price. He will endeavour to get the job done no matter how hard it is to get a part which was difficult for my Jeep. I will be going to this garage from now on.Update:Just recently had my service and MOT done / invoiced 21/7/22 and as expected the guys do an excellent job in all respects. Very friendly and easy to deal with as usual.

Stopped here (without notice) as my car had started making a horrible noise after a long drive, I was very distressed and wasn't sure what was wrong but the guy who had a look knew what it was straight away and got it in immediately. The problem was fixed within a few hours for a very reasonable price, and the guys who work here are lovely and take the time to explain things to you too. Would definitely recommend!

Staff are friendly and helpful, always keen to find an affordable solution to any problem - and a loan car is provided whilst work is being undertaken on ours. At no notice at all, IAS squeezed my old Volvo into their schedule for the day and replaced the alternator by 5.30pm.Fantastic service at reasonable cost. I was able to get back on the road to Scotland with almost no time lost.

Used as more convenient and local than my usual garage. When I arrived to pick up the car the cost was higher than that quoted. Work has been carried out that had not been quoted for and the guy at reception struggled to explain what the costings written on a scrappy piece of paper related to.The guy at reception was very pleasant and it clearly was not his fault and he did his best to explain. However will not be using again and will return to my usual garage where all costings are clearly set out and transparent.
