It is never a good time when you have to deal with death but I would highly recommend using Alan Greenwood Knaphill - both Tracy, Funeral Consultant and also Colin Hawkins, Celebrant were both amazingly professional during organising the funeral of my stepmum. Tracy was so sympathetic and well organised in getting everything done on time for us. Colin was also sympathetic when meeting to discuss order of service, but on the day is when he shone! He just knew how we wanted the ceremony to go and he nailed it. We had so many nice comments on how it all went. Thank you to both of you. Made the process and day go perfectly.

We cannot thank Tracy at Alan Greenwoods enough for her genuine care and kind and sensitive support throughout the process of arranging my husbands funeral. I would also like to thank Colin Hawkins the celebrant who led my husbands service. He showed a perceptive insight into the man my husband was and gave my daughters and I a quiet calm presence to see us through the service.

We would recommend Alan Greenwood Funeral Services.From start to finish Tracey at the Knaphill office helped us on our journey with care and respect.On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and this was largely due to our celebrant, Colin Hawkings, who was wonderful.It was a very nice day and our thanks do to Tracey and her team and Colin.

We have sadly been involved with Tracey and Colin from Knaphill branch. Tracey has clearly found her vocation in life. The care shown to us as family was no less than a close friend.We went to say goodbye to our loved one and they looked clean, cared for and at peace. She gave us as much time as we wanted and covered any questions we had. It was a good experience to help the grieving process.
