Very Professional, and Shadow absolutely loved going out for walks with Mel. Would highly recommend.

We needed to find a dog-sitter at the last minute so we could go away for the night and we feel so blessed to have come across Mel at Kent Paws Outdoors. Bracken, our rescure GSP, immediately fell in love with her on their initial meet and greet.Bracken didn't give Mel the warmest welcome when she turned up after we'd left (her inner guard dog kicked in!), but Mel knew exactly how to handle the situation. I was so impressed with how quickly she gained Bracken's trust.Mel looked after Bracken and our house impeccably well and I really appreciated her regular WhatsApp updates. Since that first visit we've already booked her again for a drop-in visit, and we're now talking about some training sessions and group walks.I'm delighted to know we can count on Mel for all our Bracken-related needs, and feel safe in the knowledge that she'll always treat her exactly how she needs to be treated (as she definitely has a few quirks!)Thank you, Mel :D

Mel is absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much for her. She is super flexible and accommodating, especially with fitting around my shift work. She is extremely reliable, trustworthy and professional. The boys absolutely love her and always have a great walk. They get to go different routes each walk and get stimulation from the different sniffing activities she does for them. Would highly recommend!

Mel is so fantastic with our girl who is very high energy and can be difficult at times. Mel knows how to communicate with dogs and get the best out of them. Mel stimulates my dog and takes her to different locations. She is flexible around my husbands shift work and is always happy to help in any way she can. She also takes some incredible photos of our happy girl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
