I go here frequently. The staff always have a smile and the place is always busy - they still manage to keep it as tidy as possible though. Service is quick and always good food/drink. Only one occasion they accidentally put cows milk in my drink instead of coconut, which considering how often I go is pretty good!

It's a great place to visit for drinks and snacks. Good coffee , and food looks and tastes amazing.Staff extremely friendly and helpful, and restaurant and toilet spotless.I enjoy sitting with coffee, cake and my newspaper. Just a lovely environment.

Visited Winchester & we went into Pret A Manger & was so impressed with helpful staff, our salad lunches were fresh & delicious plus they gave us free coffee & cakes as I happened to mention that it was our first visit! Will definitely be going to Pret A Manger again! Fabulous!

Probably one of the worst experiences at Pret. Although it wasn't that busy, our server was in great hurry and got all our orders wrong. He also forgot to take off 50p for bringing our own cups. He was also going around with sweet treats to apologise to 2 other customers for getting their orders wrong. Other than that, the seating area was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

On a fresh summer Sunday morning a good and strong expresso is all it takes to get the day going.Freshly ground, the right temperature and in a proper mug.Highly recommended!

Much as we had great service 3 weeks ago and we like it there on Saturday I was served by a miserable bloke who was surly, unsmiling and abrupt. Though this characterises a lot of service in the UK he let the other, cheery, nice people who have served us there before.

Excellent place for Vegan People. The turmeric latte is excellent blend of spices mixed into coconut milk. Their wraps are also good. Nice place to grab a snack and nice location. Do think they could introduce more options that are free from refined sugars or using healthy alternatives to refined sugars in their products.
