This is the second time I had a letter returned to me that I had send because the postage wasn‘t enough and got returned to my address by Royal Mail.It was an important letter too, so had to send it again to my expense.Because it happened the second time, I will take this further.Staff need to be more trained to work in the postoffice!!!Won‘t be using this Co op post office in Southbourne again.

I visited the store this evening. Yet again for another member of to be rude I might add not the first time I found the lady very rude . I appreciate the job is difficult and I am always the first to praise the shop staff. But on several occasions on visiting my local store I have found several members of staff very rude and abrupt yes we all have to be be careful and of course social distance. But I haven't got the plague. I think I will be going elsewhere from now on

They have a lot of selection and a lot of chilled food but they are quite rude. One time the personnel behind the counter said 'If you do not like us, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I found it very rude because all I did was ask where something is and when they said they do not have it I said when will it next be in so she said that.

This store continues to he one of the worse co-op stores I've visited. Was here visiting last summer 2018, and in 2017 on 3 separate occasions and I can honestly say standards don't seem to have improved. Staff appear to have changed but the store itself is still under stocked always looks untidy and generally feels uncomfortable sorry folks.

Good shop plenty of products and best bit they have a serpate line for postoffice which should be the case unlike westbourne Co op which is a absolute joke of a shop.
