What amazingly kind and considerate staff. Went in today, Saturday 23 September. The two ladies behind the counter could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Such a lovely experience. Thank you so much.

There was a lady at the shop who was extremely rude and racist. The way she spoke to me made me feel as though she did not want to serve me, and she started serving other customers who were British instead. It’s a very nice shop in the heart of chester but she shouldn’t be working there. I never wrote a negative review but this one I felt I should. It was a really really bad experience.

Went in no idea what I wanted walked away with some very nice aftershave n stuff at a very good price. The staff are extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I liked the smell.

** First class experience ** ..first visit to hear with my daughter today. We wanted to see what the miss Dior perfume smelt like. We where given a card to smell! Lovely!My daughter is only 10 and was amazed at how many fragrances they had. She was overwhelmed.The 2 ladies in there where fantastic with her ( my daughter has autism) so lots going on for her.She felt at ease it was so nice to experience this in the store you know! Thank you so so much!We will be back after holiday for sure!Thanks again!Top class level of service here today!
