Secure Heat Ltd, I would recommend to anyone, they are efficient, friendly, reliable and any time I required their services they never let me down. Arriving on time , excellent standard of work , clean and tidy. The phone is always answered friendly and if not available returned Asap. Will the technician is excellent and honest with his prices. Secureheat was recommended by a work collegue and friend. I booked a service expecting my bioler to get a comprehensive service. Will Monk did not disappoint. The heat exchanger was cleaned and the debris removed. The safety checks were completed and the bioler certified. Brilliant job and service.I recommend Will Monk and the team 100%.

Joe did an excellent job, replacing our water tanks and creating a wooden platform for the new tanks. He was polite, efficient, hard working and went 'above and beyond'. I would definitely recommend Secure Heat.

I have just signed up with Secure Heat on their Silver package and I already feel that I am in very safe hands! Lewis Evans was so helpful and talked me through the different packages available and I decided to go with the Bronze package as a guaranteed 24 hour response time is insanely good and so much better than British Gas who left us for 5 days last winter with a broken boiler and no heating... The attention to detail on the call and the level of service I have received so far make me feel that I have definitely made the right choice by choosing these guys!
