We had the most amazing day. When we arrived we could not believe what we would achieve from the sheets of metal that we saw but with the help and patience of Mark we ended up with two stunning rings that we made! Highly recommend the experience. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient and you are well looked after by Sarah with tea, coffee and biscuits and a lovely lunch. It will be an experience that both me and my partner will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you to Mark and Sarah!! My only advice to anyone reading this is do it without a doubt you will not regret it :)

Very special ring making experience.The process of making rings was fascinating, and every step is expertly guided. The whole day feels very personal and could clearly be adapted to give the rings many custom touches.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to add something extra special to their wedding preparations.

We met Mark at a wedding show where we were blown away with such a romantic and original idea of making our own wedding rings, so we booked in.We had a very informative consultation where we discussed everything we wanted and then we came back for the actual workshop day and it was so much fun.Mark and Sarah were so lovely and patient, it was truly incredible to watch our rings take shape and know that they were ours through and through. We had a great experience and I would recommend this day for everyone!

Mark was a wonderful and patient teacher and took us through the traditional approach to making a wedding ring from start to finish: melting and pouring the gold, milling, annealing, shaping, soldering, filing, sanding and polishing. His knowledge and stories made it a fascinating and really fun day.The final rings are beautiful - we can't quite believe we made them entirely ourselves. We had the best day at the Jewellery cottage making our wedding rings. Mark and Sarah are just fantastic. Mark has so much knowledge and was so incredibly patient and helpful. They were both so welcoming. Sarah went out and got us a lovely lunch and popped in and out all day, making sure we had drinks and everything we needed. We overran on the session and it was absolutely no problem. Incredible experience, we would recommend it to anyone.
