The Dell Care Home

Home from Home....that's how mum describes it after her settling period. Staff are so lovely and make mum feel at home. Communication is excellent. Happy to recommend to anyone!

My mum worked there and it was a great place staff was amazing and friendly they do alot for the elderly and also i remember having a fate there was was great because i got to help and also the residents had great fun that day. Always loved my vists and to help them i can xx

There is nothing these people wouldn't do. Going over and above is an understatement.It is evident, both obviously and subtly, that the staff really do genuinely care about the residents. I was impressed from the moment we were greeted at the door on an unannounced visit to view the home. This isn't just a care home, it's a home in the true meaning of the word. Nothing is too much trouble. Always seeking new ways to improve the facility and the experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Dell. Our family are at ease in the knowledge that my mum is safe and well cared for by a super team of carers, admin, catering, cleaning and maintenance staff. Thank you for doing what you do, so well.

Excellent care of my aunt, who without doubt enjoys spending time with her most wonderful friends she has made at The Dell Care Home in Lowestoft. Staff are very helpful and great, with the most person-centred care. The Manager is brilliant. Attended to every little whim or concern, even in this pandemic times …which I can assure you is not easy.Food is brilliant – yummy! Carers go way above and beyond. Activities are creative and well thought out. Couldn’t recommend more!
