What a pleasure to deal with - efficient, professional and reliable. We can't recommend Rob and his team highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble - water softeners, new shower, bathroom and kitchen plumbing all completed to a high standard. and with courtesy and good humour. Rob and his team did a fantastic job replacing my hot water tank and immersion heater. I contacted Rob, based purely on the glowing reviews for OBS Plumbing, in desperation when my tank sprung a bad leak. As he was local, he arrived within ten minutes, quickly assessed the problem and set about sorting a replacement tank. The next day, a soon as the tank arrived, two young men arrived to change the tanks. They did an excellent job. They were efficient, very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. In addition, they were tidy, considerate, personable and very polite. Rob and his team turned a potential disaster into a surprising experience. Those glowing reports were clearly deserved and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending OBS Plumbing.

Rob has undertaken many jobs at our house over the last 8 years or so, including a new boiler installation, re-sealing a leaking shower tray and tiling, replacing taps, lots of repairs and replacements to valves and leaking pipes and also laying new flooring to our hall. All jobs have been carried out very well - good quality work and neat finish, clean and tidy, good communication and friendly service. I have recommended to neighbours who have also used OBS many times now.

Rob and his team ( Charlie and Austin) have done a variety of jobs for us over the years, always to a high standard. These include gas boiler servicing, fixing gas and water leaks and most recently installing 2 new gas boilers with associated ancillary equipment. We had Rob round to do a complete refurbishment on our en-suite shower room a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the standard of work carried out. We decided to have the main bathroom done also this year so we called Rob round to quote for it. He was very busy which we saw as a good sign but we were happy to wait as we liked his work.It has just been completed and we are really pleased with the finished job. Rob, Charlie and Austin are punctual, work hard and produce excellent results. They do all the necessary work including plumbing, tiling and electrics so no need to call in other tradesmen which is very convenient. Happy to have Rob and the boys back for all our plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend if you need a bathroom refurbishment.
