Surprisingly bad. After reading all the excellent reviews I contacted Danny about a bike he was selling ( the most expensive one!) . His communication was super slow and he almost never answered, the questions asked. For example a view/description of the bikes condition.The business may be better in person as online/phone they are very poor.

Bought my first BMW bike from Danny a couple of months ago. A 2002 R1150RT. I can't speak highly enough of his service and support, it is outstanding. Really knowledgable, no high pressure sales, just great service and support. The bike was exactly as described, and was brilliantly prepared. Love it. Would not hesitate to go back to him for my next bike (although that might be a while, as I love this one) Steve Hollick

Got in touch with Danny about a bike I was keen on, an 1150GSA. I prefer the earlier bikes and he talked me through it's condition etc. I wasn't able to travel but his reviews are good for a reason, so I had no qualms about buying unseen. Really happy with the bike, serviced and MOT'd prior to sale, and a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use OD Motorcycles again.
