The food is delicious and very nice. Service is great and quick. Will definitely recommend. Amazing halal Chinese cuisine.

Urumchi Uyghur Restaurant
Lovely halal restaurant especially for those who like lamb and spicy food. Very big portions so well worth the price, we packed quite a bit home to finish later. I've not tried uyghur cuisine before and really enjoyed it, would definitely eat here again and recommend to others. They also have great presence on Instagram so give them a follow :)

Urumchi Uyghur Restaurant
Had a lovely meal here with family. We had a lamb pilav dish which was lovely, a type of broken home made noodles with meat and some aubergines with mixed vegetables, all were excellent. Unfortunately I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food. My own only small criticism was there was no music so it was quiet. Otherwise a great eating experience.

Went there for the first time and really enjoyed my meal.It was a nice change to only have to pick from a small menu, but everything there sounds nice.I had the hand pulled noodles with lamb. Was a delight. I will definitely be frequenting again!

Nice environment and good food. Lamb skewed is delicious and aromatic. Lamb nicely done. Chicken speciality dish is delicious. Suitable for ppl who like mild spicy food. Will visit again.

First time trying Uyghur cuisine and it was amazing! I definitely recommend the legmen. Also loved the traditional decoration and staff gave us a discount for following their insta! Will be visiting again soon

Alhamdillah. I'm so happy to have found this gem of a restaurant. For me, the signature dish was the spicy lamb legmen (hand-made noodles with tender slices of lamb). It could have come straight off the silk road (see map attached). The ambience was quiet and pleasantly tranquil. The staff were kind and offered extra green tea served in an authentic way using glasses with no handles. The food is halal.

Fabulous homemade noodles (legman), tasty Uyghur samsa (think mini Cornish pasties). The salad was a bit of a surprise - rice fried in lamb fat with a smattering of carrots - but enjoyable nonetheless.Highly recommended!! And shame more people are not using it (which is why only 3* for the atmosphere).
