A good choice of quality carpets and to mention beds too.I had a team of a super hard working men doing my carpets and kitchen floors. It was done to a high standard, I am delighted with a result. I researched into the best company to get carpet from and stumbled across Ali..I was impressed by all their amazing google reviews, at that moment, I knew that only Ali and his team HAD to do our carpets!We visited the showroom where we were greeted and helped by a lovely young guy, he was super helpful with helping us pick the best carpet, we loved the quality and the variety. Ali beds and carpets are very knowledge in this field, they gave us some very important and invaluable advice. We started our renovation in September and chose Ali beds & carpets in October, very early but we knew that this was the best company to go to in Wycombe and guess what? We weren’t wrong!Although we had many delays in our building project, Ali was always super understanding and patient - he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, in fact he just comforted me by saying don’t worry, things will be finished soon and delays always happen in building work. I really appreciated this because doing a big renovation like this is stressful to say the least, however it was lovely to have someone understanding. The communication was always there and we were in touch. They are responsive at all times and keep you updated/in the loop..exactly what you want.I was further astonished when they fitted all the carpets in 1 day, our house is a decent size and across 3 floors but they blew me away with how efficient, professional, hardworking and fast they were..the work is flawless and beautiful! I attach a photo of one of the many rooms that we had carpet fitted in.They even installed my door stoppers as a gesture of goodwill. They arrived after they installed the carpets, around 2 days later but Ali kept following up and asking me when would be best to install them for me. I really liked this because I feel like things like door stoppers are trivial things which can often be pushed to the side. I appreciated that Ali came after the installation promptly to install these. Thank you so much for this! I also cheekily asked Ali to help me with something unrelated to carpet, and guess what? He, without hesitation, said yeah no problem…I think I was hesitating more with asking him…I’m totally not a DIY kinda person, so I was sooo thankful/grateful that Ali helped me!Ali and his team will take away all the headache for you, they own this process and know exactly what they’re doing, they bring solutions to the problems which is the kind of service which anyone would want to receive. Thank you for making this part of the renovation process so seamless for us, your service has been incredible and I’m just so happy I chose you!If you are contemplating Ali beds and carpets, then this is your sign to go for it!
