I picked my ring up this morning after having it slightly redesigned and resized, and the end result is better than what I even thought it could be! I have been thinking about fixing my ring for months and kept putting it off, but now I am completely re-assured. The service is prompt, fast, extremely friendly and also very cost effective!! It’s super easy to book an appointment online, even same day! And they will get your jewellery back to you faster than expected. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to modify their jewellery as I am over the moon with the results. A big thank you to Hatton Garden Workshop!

My engagement ring is from the 1930’s and needed a clean, polish and all 8 claws re-tipping. I also wanted to go down one size - I am so happy with the result, the ring looks brand new and I’m totally in love with it! They really took the time to tell me information about the ring (it was in my partner’s family and so I didn’t know a lot) and I couldn’t be happier with the marvellous work that’s been carried out on it. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back : ) Thank you Hatton Garden workshop!

Hatton Garden Workshop
Scott and his team replaced a little diamond that had fallen out of my engagement ring. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the initial quote they gave me came in lower than expected and the work was done really promptly. I cannot recommend them enough. It was my first time using them and naturally I was nervous as am so protective of anyone touching my ring, but I will have no hesitation in using them again if I need. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience here. I visited a few weeks ago with my engagement ring as I needed it to be resized. Unfortunately the ring had been made with white gold instead of platinum as we expected, but Scott was so helpful and honest in his advice to me. Ultimately he lost out on the sale as I didn’t do the resizing (I went back to the original jeweller who corrected their mistake) but I really appreciate how honest he was. It was a lovely experience and I’d recommend to a friend and would go back should I ever need anything in the future. I’m very thankful for their advice and honesty!

Scott and his team were fantastic. I came here like many based on strong reviews. They reduced my wedding ring, letting me try on several sizes and advising me on best fit. They turned it round in two days and polished it making it look as new. Lovely gentleman and lovely team- he even fixed my watch strap that was loose while I was there. Competitive prices for superb service. Shop with confidence.

A diamond in my engagement ring became very loose. I felt uneasy taking it to a high street shop to be repaired, knowing it would be sent off somewhere. I saw so many 5 star reviews for HGW and was pleased to be able to quickly and easily book an appointment online. On arrival Scott instantly put my mind at ease - very quick same day service, great price, I felt safe and secure handing my rings over to Scott (one for repair, three for complimentary cleaning, all on site), ready in less than two hours. A fantastic service you can trust.

Hatton Garden Workshop
Used the Hatton Garden workshop to resize my wedding band. Really struggled to find anybody who would do it due to the pave style but was no issue at all for the Hatton Garden workshop. The whole process of booking it in and seeing somebody to explain what I needed was seamless. Got the ring back and it looks shiny and new and finally fits me again! Would defo recommend.

I have to say this workshop exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding down to customer service from Sophie and Scott and the fast hardworking jeweller Paulo! I was very apprehensive to hand over my ring as it had deep sentimental value and was expensive, however the way the team took care of my ring with such safety and protection. I could not be happier with the way my ring fits me now! I would highly recommend them to everyone that requires jewellery adjustments. What a fantastic find in Hatton Garden.
