I contacted Anna when I desperately needed help to answer outstanding queries related to pre emption rights that my current conveyancer couldn't answer for weeks in order to progress with a sale of my flat.I was at the point when my planned exchange hasn't happened as this was outstanding.Anna had an answer straight away and managed to write a letter explaining the situation although she was busy with her workload.After her letter was submitted to buyer's solicitor, I had received the phone call that by buyers solicitor is happy to progress with exchange.She really knows what she's talking about and her attitude is absolutely amazing.I can't thank that woman enough and regret I didn't have her number before.I would recommend her service to everyone without a doubt she will do a great job!!!

i wouldn't go near them.. they have a trapping style.. they say yes, when you go through the agonising situation to explain, then they trap you with a massive fee. Get their consent in writing on any subjects first, before getting trapped.
