****edit***Taken to small claims court, they defended the spring, even despite engineers report confirming faulty spring.Judge agreed and accepted the spring was faulty.****Spring without the gap on the buffer fitted by mancunian springs in September.Opposite side with the gap is the older spring.They claim the sag on their side is due to the fuel tank and ad blue tank.Fuel was 1/4 and ad blue approximately 15Litres.(3/4)Vehicle weight approximately 4500kg.Design weight of the vehicle 7500kg.

I can highly recommend Mancunian Springs, they upgraded my parabolic spring on my Mercedes sprinter van today from a 3.5T to a 5T, fast friendly and a hassle free experience, thank you guys you was amazing 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐UPDATEFriday 8-7-2022 exactly 1 week after having the parabolic spring fitted to my sprinter van by Mancunian Springs.Heard an abnormal sound a couple of times coming from the passenger side front on the way to my first job this morning, so when I got to my destination I put full left hand lock on the steering wheel so I could see behind the wheel to see if I could find what was causing the noise but couldn't, what I did find was a bolt missing off the top bracket that clamps the spring to the wishbone, so called in at Mancunian Springs only to be told it was like that when I dropped it off, it definitely wasn't, you can see fresh marks where the bolt was on the bracket and looking down the hole where the bolt was is the rest of the bolt which within a week from having the job done had started to go bright orange as started to rust (freshly snapped bolt open to the elements for a week).Nobody has ever undone these bolts since leaving the factory from new, never had a spring before (15 plate) and wasn't missing when I put on a new shocker, top mount and drop link on the same side only 3-4 weeks before, but they refused to admit liability and sticking to it was like that when you dropped it off"This is DANGEROUS and shouldn't of been handed back to me with a snapped bolt
