The team is amazing, they work professionally. I just suggest if they could let the customer see what is actually happening with their car (customer can see the actual work/repair/replacement parts) to eliminate the transparency and trust question, rest all good.

Great customer service. Ascocars are very professional and are well experienced. I had an issue with my S class that no mechanic I went to could figure out. Ascocars had a clear vision of what to do and explained it to me well. Will stick with these guys for all my Mercedes works.

Took my imported Mercedes GLE to Ascocars for service B, I have been settled in a comfortable place while the car is being serviced. Before I went I made the booking through WhatsApp and have been asking questions especially my car being imported, Umar have been really helpful and patient to explain everything in details when making booking for me so I know every details before I went to them. Especially on the digital service record which I thought it doesn’t related to my car as it is imported but Umar has helped me to understand that it related to all Mercedes worldwide that I can even see the service history I had for the car in my original country. I am truly impressed and would recommend anyone to Ascocars. Well done Ascocars!

Great service! I enquired about having a Service A done and within 24 hours I was able to have it done! Took my CLA shooting brake in for full service, MOT, discs & pads all round.Friendly staff on arrival and explained what work would need doing & rough time scale, I was kept updated throughout and the price was very competitive, highly recommended and will be returning in future! 10/10

Highly recommend, was very prompt on the repairs on the s350D, i current have an Audi however i will be back as soon as i change back to Mercedes. These people give you more peace of mind than going to actual showroom, PLEASE NOTE Mercedes do not own any showrooms in the UK so going by the idea of going to the showroom because it's Mercedes is totally false.
