Leaders are the best property management team. I had a word with one of their team members Mr. Alex Eldred for few of my concerns and he was swift to respond and solve issues. I have never come across a team who swiftly replies to solve issues of their property owners.5/5 from my side to the team and Mr. Eldred.

Leaders have been amazingly accommodating to me the for the last week or so whilst I was attempting to rent a property. Despite several mistakes I made and some personal issues I was having, they were completely understanding and hospitable. I was dealt with by Lauren, who was amazing, but I can also tell the management are great as well by messages passed through to me and from me. Will recommend to anyone, and will go through Leaders again when the time is right.Thanks all.

Leaders have managed my property for a long time and I am very satisfied with all that they do. They deal with problems immediately they occur and go out of their way to sort things out in a professional way. Charlotte O'Connor is always extremely helpful and efficient and deals with any problem very quickly and efficiently. I have also known Jane Clements for many years and she is also very helpful and efficient. Overall they are a very good team and I would be very happy to recommend their services if asked.

Lauren has been very responsive and helpful with the lead up to renting our first home. The day of collecting the keys, however, was not so calm and straight forward. Part of the leaders team had not done the checks on our documents prior to key collection day which they said they would which meant that we were waiting around and sorting last minute documents on the day of collection and only got our keys at around 5pm..not ideal and very stressful on a moving day! There are a few things in the house that aren't working correctly which I assumed the team would have checked over prior to renting the house, however I've been assured that our house manager will see to these issues. I have no faults with Lauren who has dealt with our communications, great, personable and responsive.

Concerning Holly Hayward, our Leaders property manager. Holly has been our property manager for one year. She has always been available when needed, responded promptly to questions and given good and clear advice when requested. It has been a positive experience working with her.

Excellent service. I have never seen any estate agency working like this hard. Paul Underwood ensured everything is communicated properly and was available on the first ring any time of the day. Highly recommended.

Our renting journey, through Leaders, has always been an easy one. Recently, we have been allocated a new property manager, Alex Eldred. Alex is confident and friendly; The dealings we have had with him so far have been professional and pleasant and we are confident that he will always strive to maintain a great service. We are really happy with Leaders Property Management in Milton Keynes. We had a few questions but every time we had to contact the company, Charlotte O'Connor personally looked after us. She is very professional when dealing with our issues. She always finds the best solution promptly to reassure us. I have received excellent support from Leaders in managing my property for many years whilst based overseas. Their proactive response has ensured that my tenants' requests for maintenance have been dealt with promptly and several quotations have been obtained for any necessary repair works. I would like to thank Jane Clements for her continued support whilst dealing with quotations for some significant repair works, which due to her diligence ultimately resulted in savings of around 20%.

I can highly recommend Leaders Property Management, and in particular, Jane Clements has been an absolute super star in the management of my property. She goes above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved swiftly and works extremely hard. She's always a pleasure to talk too and gives fantastic service. The one time I did experience an issue (which had nothing to do with Jane), the issue was resolved as quickly as possible and Leaders took responsibility without quibble (it was a complex situation) and whilst it was a stressful time all round, I feel everything was handled extremely well.
