Downswood Alpacas
I bought the walking experience for my daughter as a birthday present. She, myself and my younger daughter thoroughly enjoyed our time at Downswood Alpacas. Mark and Clare were very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We learnt some very interesting facts about the alpacas. I would definitely recommend. My daughters were given the opportunity to feed the alpacas, which they loved. Thank you so much.

What a wonderfully relaxing afternoon we spent with the alpacas at Downswood. The gentle nature of these amazing animals made us slow down and enjoy the moment with them. Mark and Clare were great hosts, with their entertaining chat and alpaca facts.A perfect experience for a birthday treat in the countryside.

Our 3 generation family visit to Downswood was a great success. Mark and Claire were very welcoming and full of Alpaca facts.I would definitely recommend Downswood if you are looking for an entertaining, informative and fun activity.

What an amazing and memorable experience! We booked a 60 min visit for my 5 year old daughter’s birthday and it proved an outstanding success. Mark and Clare are fantastic hosts and extremely welcoming. They clearly enjoy what they do and this is reflected in the very knowledgable tour with the alpacas. This is a great experience for kids and adults to walk with these lovely animals and get up close to them. We highly recommend a visit and will be returning again.

A wonderfully relaxing and rewarding experience. My wife and I visited Downswood on our way back from a rather strenuous Canal-boating holiday and the Alpaca-walking proved a perfect wind-down for us both. Thanks Clare and Debbie for a memorable time!

Lovely friendly and knowledgeable owners.Good long walk with Alpacas. My daughter is sight impaired and Mark took special care when out for the walk, to make sure she stayed safe. Definitely worth the drive as its easily the best alpaca walking that i've experienced. Highly recommended.
