Absolutely fantastic, safe experience at University Hospital North Durham. Lovely staff, I had a lovely doctor and a very chatty nurse which really put me at ease. A double appointment was booked but I was in and out within half an hour. The procedure was painful but that was expected and the norm but they were very attentive and made sure I was alright. Clinic was very easy to find in the hospital as well. Even during this whole Covid19 fiasco I felt safe and comfortable (as comfortable as you can be when you're getting a contraceptive coil fitted).
