From the first contact with Automatry through to the final follow up email from them confirming we were happy with their work, we have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this business. The technician, Jack, tasked with the job of reworking a smart system that was not performing correctly, was highly proficient, overcoming many technical obstacles with great determination and tenacity. Rich, who runs the operation, was efficient, friendly and technically very helpful, and provided a level of customer service that is sadly a rarity these days. We are pleased to wholeheartedly recommend this business.

This is the second time that Automatry have come to our rescue when the smart system in our apartment has needed to be reset. On this occasion we changed broadband providers and the solution is far from straightforward. That said, Rich gave us impeccable instructions to follow and went out of his way to ensure we got back up and running. It's so refreshing to find this level of expertise in line with an excellence of customer service, incredibly quick response times and a sense that they really want to help! Rich was incredibly professional, exceptionally tidy work and really sorted out the light, heat and water automation for my home. He went above and beyond to set up an app for me to control the automation from my phone.

Excellent service from Rich. Took me ages to find the right electrician who understands smart lighting. Rich is very knowledgable and installed the light very efficiently. He sourced reasonably-priced parts to complete the job quickly and easily. Really happy with the work. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use him again!!

Automatry were great. They investigated the problem and quickly found the solution. They were friendly and polite and obviously know their stuff. They were also exceptionally good value for money. There were various opportunities for a chancer to put the price up but they didn't, were honest and gave good advice too. I definitely recommend them for all your electrical issues
