Cooke Bros Car Hire Ltd

Hired a van for a house clearance after a berevment. Van broke down first day and we couldnt contact Cooke brothers. This ended up in us having to hire another van and pay for yet more petrol. We was sure to get our money back on the Monday but Cooke brothers only gave us the money back for a days use. I thought this was bad customer services and very insensitive. What should of cost £250 to clear a house turned into £500. What was already a sad and upsetting situation was made alot worse and although they couldn't predict the van would break down I think it would of been good business to refund us for the trouble. I rang to speak to the manger on Monday who I explained everything too and I'm still waiting for a call back. Which doesn't look like I'm getting anytime soon. Won't hire from these people again.
