Lovely supportive staff who’ll go out of their way to help (special hats off to Stacey in our case).I live in London but purchased my current scooter from Ashwood - my old mum gave them such a glowing testimonial after I’d been scammed by other firms time after time.

You couldn't find a more helpful mobility specialist anywhere! The staff at Ashwood Mobility were angels on Saturday. They assisted us with an emergency scooter breakdown without hesitation while visiting Chichester for the weekend. Woody is so knowledgable in his field, and couldn't have done more to assist us, and at such a competitive price too!Even though we live miles away, I wouldn't hesitate to travel for their assistance.Thank you so much.Shaun and the family.

Your services meant we were able to take out this couple after a long confined spell at home. We don't live locally so to be able to hire the wheelchair and to have it delivered and collected made a difficult situation so much easier. Your services have lifted the spirit of us all immeasurably in what is very challenging times. Thank you for providing such a brilliant service and for being so economical, efficient, kind and courteous. As you can see the smiles say it all.

Scooter crash ! Bodywork damaged, but Ashwood came to collect, sorted it all out efficiently and at a reasonable price. Nice to know we have a local firm who looks after us and our mobility scooters.I don’t plan on any more dings, but if I do -Ashwood it will be.

Amazing service, great mobility scooter for under half the price it would be new! New tires, battery and operating console. Offered to help at any hours and even gave an after hours number. Incredibly kind and stayed for 45 minutes to show Nan how to use the scooter.

Great man called woody came and showed us how to use the scooter and was great with my nan, stayed for around an hour answering all of her questions and was lovely to talk to. He even helped us bring it to the back of her house, great guy and a very nice company.

Took my scooter here for a new inertube came back with break lever arm bent and is touch the wheel the cable which goes through the break arm, the spring, the barrel and the nut that attaches to the cable that goes through the bent arm are missing. DONT TAKE YOUR SCOOTER HERE!!! THEY DENYED THAT THEY ARE AT FAULT. I 100% know it was not that like this when it went in!!
