I have used SPB on two separate occasions and have been impressed both times. First occasion I had a hard drive replaced on my laptop (and more importantly all files and photos fully retrieved; thankyou). This was done quickly and conveniently. More recently to check a router and ask about an internet connection problem. I got all the information I needed in a 5 minute conversation than I achieved over several days taking to my Internet provider. Keep up the good work. PS the new hard drive is still working faultlessly 18 months on.

Bought a laptop from them around 3 years ago. The laptop is still as fast and as flawless as it was the day I bought it. Excellent customer service. Only thing when I bought it was that the bios was locked, I popped it back and they sorted it straight away with no fuss.I will be back

I am delighted with the service from SPB Computers, after having used them for the first time. On the Thursday my PC failed. I phoned Thursday afternoon, took it in to them Friday morning and in an hour they had diagnosed a failed hard drive. By Friday afternoon the hard drive was replaced and cloned against my old one. My PC is exactly the same as it was before it went in - except it is now a whole lot faster! Excellent quick and professional service - highly recommended!
