What can I say. The Best Self Storage Company in Bristol! My experience at Vanguard was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in to inquire about their storage options, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The facility is very clean with a secure environment which offers peace of mind. I want to express my appreciation to Paul & Lucky, who consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thanks again to all the Team at Vanguard! I would recommend this company to all friends & family!

Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Helped me get a nice sized storage for my products and answered all my queries to make me feel my goods would be safe.

Lee was so helpful and friendly, he showed us all around the units and even showed us the plane! The whole office and units feel incredibly safe and we are in great hands! Couldn’t have been better

Wanted to show my son - who is in the RAF - the English Electric Lightning suspended from the ceiling at Vanguard Bristol. Not sure if we could go in - it's the reception area of the company - so was gawping through the window but was beckoned in by the staff. Not only is it a spectacular sight to behold but there are information boards and I was given an excellent and entertaining talk by the Branch Manager - Lucky. I have paid to see exhibits not nearly as well presented and curated as this one. A brilliant way to spend an hour!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and made the process so easy as a first timer using storage facility. I will definitely be using them in the future and will be sure to recommend to friends and anyone I meet needing these services.

Great service, used for over a year and never a problem. All my things stored safely and dry / no damp issues, clean and easy to access. Really friendly bunch of guys who are always happy to help. Would definitely use again, thanks! :-)

Very helpful people! I met a couple of the guys on moving day when I was very stressed, tearful even, and the two people who helped me were really kind. They went above and beyond. It was so helpful after all the stress. They made sure my stuff got to my unit fine, helped with trolleys etc. I definitely recommend them and I'll be telling friends who need a self storage to go to them. The free 'man and van' service was particularly helpful and saved a lot of money.Thanks so much, guys :)

Fabulous experience so far with this company. Friendly, very helpful staff made a difficult task so much better for me. Exceptionally clean warm premises and very easy access with help to unload/load if needed. Would definitely use this company again without any doubts.

What FANTASTIC Service!!!! Paul in particular was not only enormously helpful, but so skilled in how we managed the process of collection and storage. His Customer Care skills are world class (I think I'm qualified to judge on that point as I am a seasoned Professional Customer Care Trainer) and he saved us so much time and hassle. After the recent ATC Strikes taken place and having had my Flight cancelled i found myself having an extra full day in Bristol. Being a aviation enthusiast i found this place that has a mint condition English Electric Preserved from there main hall ceiling. They have a lot of history on the wall of this aircraft and even the Ejection seat on show. The staff Lee and Paul were very inviting and friendly, i even got to go to there Viewing Area where you get a good look from above. Well worth the walk out from the city centre, i feel that 5 stars isn’t enough to describe my experience at this place. Thanks guys for the friendly invite and also preserving this nice Aircraft. Good Job
