David at UQ sold my guitar on a commission sale, after me trying to sell it myself for months. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Really good communication and services! I bought an acoustic guitar during lockdown in early 2021 and everything went very well considering the distance between Romania and Scotland and...the Brexit :( The setup of the guitar is absolutely perfect and it helped a lot that the packing was super safe and tight. Would recommend to anyone buying across border or out of EU for that matter, would buy again if given the chance!
