Overpriced, you are paying for convenience. Definitely take to a street car wash for less than half the price and better interior clean. For £58 didn’t even wipe down the seats or leave any air freshener, car still smelly. They hoovered inside and washed the outside. The outside looked good but I would expect a better interior finish for the money.

Gave my car a treat of a machine polish and the guys did an amazing job, the car looked better than when I first got it. Absolutely outstanding service.

I’ve used this place a few times over the last few years, but the last couple of times I’ve been I’ve not been impressed. Paid for the Luxe service and when I collected yesterday, the bodywork wasn’t cleaned to its usual standard. When I went to open the boot you could feel bits on the paintwork, not the usual smooth clean you used to get, plus there was a lot of marks on the bonnet which hadn’t been cleaned properly. I cleaned it better myself in the summer.Also for some reason, the interior of the now car stinks. I’ve no idea what they used to clean inside, but it smells horrible, almost like a stale musty smell, I have to drop the windows every now and again to get fresh air in, not what I want in a 9 month old car and not what I expected for the price paid.It seems if you have a top of the range car you get the service, but anything else they’re just not bothered.Staff were friendly enough, hence the extra star, but very disappointed with the valet, and sadly won’t be using again. Just hope this smell doesn’t stick around for too long as it’s revolting.

A bit expensive but well worth the money. It usually takes about 2 hours, and the car comes back absolutely spotless. I recommend the luxe option as it is quite thorough and good for a deep clean.

They nearly murdered my child!!Left 1 star because they detached my child seat and didn’t reattach it or let me know that they’d done this - they placed it back in the correct position unattached so unless you were checking for it you wouldn’t question it. I collected my child from nursery before I realised it wasn’t attached!Other than nearly nearly murdering my child it’s quite pricey but they did do a great job. However the seats remained wet for about a week after.

There’s no other valeting service I will use. The gents at H20 go the extra mile every time! I travel from Cheshire to the Trafford Centre store simply because I know and trust that my car will look brand new every time. Having a Labrador in the car is always a nightmare with hair and mud, and I’m always amazed at how fab the car looks when I return. Thanks again to Lee today for such great service - see you soon!

We took our VW camper van in for a full valet plus machine polishing and ceramic coating. We were blown away by the results. Adam, Lee and the team did an amazing job. They truly take pride in their work and it shows. The van looks like it’s come straight off the production line, we were incredibly happy. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. They’re lovely guys as well.

If carlsberg made car washes this would be it!!! I can speak highly enough of Lee or his team absolutely amazing service, I leave all my cars with these guys with the up most confidence. The finish is on par with retailers finish …….. simply the best

The team were very welcoming and accommodating to my bespoke requirements (significant paint spillage). Knowledgable and skilled the car looked great. Easy parking and close to shops, I highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the team. Simple easy booking system, very polite welcome and arranging the collection later that day was slick just like the shine! Time taken to explain the whole cleaning process. Would definitely recommend.
