I was very impressed with Vantage House. They were able to provide me with everything I needed and it arrived the next day. I had a question about a product and they were able to answer this quickly over the phone. This is all particularly impressive given the current supply chain issues. I will definitely use Vantage House again.

Can’t fault this company,from my first question to delivery it’s all been quick easy and efficient. I was kept up to date every step of the way including and up date when the delivery was a little late (only by half an hour) package was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use again

Awesome company,bill in particular went above and beyond,gave me loads of advice,had purchased a duff machine off facebook,but with bill's help have a fully functioning machine which tempers my chocolate perfectly,cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Do not use this company if you wish to remain able to pay on account, if you are unable to spend over a certain amount per month.I am sad to say, I did know but had forgotten we had to buy so much per month to keep an amount active - I have used this company for years, spending thousands, till they were unable to stock the organic chocolate l wanted, because the company they bought it from got bought by some ugly large company who stopped working with them arbitrarily.Companies buying each other is always bad news.It was hurtful for me as the new chosen supplier of chocolate for vantage house which I personally do not like the ethics of, and will not name, did not stock the organic chocolate l need for my company and l had to start buying chocolate with the other bought company.Those suppliers only gives me 1 month account to pay for the goods, which is standard, unlike Vantage who used to give 2 months which was so so helpful for someone like me who has a small business, when cash flow is hard.I stopped using vantage regularly and ended up only ordering packaging from them, not remembering that l was told many years previously that l had to spend so much a month to keep my account active. I cannot use £500 packaging every month.So as I attempted to put an order to be paid on account as l am short of cash this time of year, the phone rang the next day and Alarna bless her , had to tell me that if l wanted this order, I had to pay straight away.I was angry at the news. I do not have £200 in my account at this time of year. November.I sent an email to complain. I was very angry and upset.Jo whom I have known for years replied reminding me of the £500 monthly agreement, of it being just over a year l hasn't placed an order, and that she was sorry it would end like this , as l said I would never use them again.Regrettable way to end a business which lasted for so many years, with the trust and amazing customer services they provide.I am very sorry this has got to this point, and I was not given a warning the account would end.However l cannot give a low score review as it would go against many years of happy, satisfied, amazing customer service and good ethics I had from Vantage House and l must say they have the best customer service of all the companies I buy ingredients and packaging from.I will miss you Vantage House, and I wish you didn't buy from people who glorify plastic and think chocolate packaging cannot be done any other way but by polluting the earth, not even selling organic chocolate and pushing people into bright artificial colours and ready-made ganaches which make a chocolatier into a lazy pointless entity. Not my choice.All the best to you all and despite my anger, which became sadness but has now changed into gratitude for all the good words and laughter over the years and your encouragements...My best wishes to you and good retirement to Jo and Malcolm.Thank you for your wonderful service over those 8-9 years.AlexandraPs after saying that about the company you buy from, l am stopping buying from them also. Chocolates arrived pretty quick. But I have two complaints:1.When ordering online, it wasn't clear how much the shipping was going to cost. I was using my mobile to make the purchase and assumed it would show me at some point before I confirmed payment. When I came to agree payment, I still didn't know, so I assumed it was free. Silly me! It was only after I had paid that I found out it was over £6 in shipping!2.The relatively small packet of chocolates was packed in a unnecessarily large cardboard box, surrounded by lots and lots of paper packaging.
