Strongly recommend to anyone truly into spirituality. The shop has very positive energy and most of the staff are very polite and conversational, with the exception of 1 or 2.They have a lovely trickling waterfall at the back which any coin donations made to, te donated to Native American causes. Much of the products inside are ethically sourced from real tribes which is nice. And they have most of the crystals you might need or want for certain things.

Went into two feathers this morning to buy substantial amount of jewelry as I have done before, was treated with utter disrespect and microaggression by the young woman behind the counter. I was shocked at her behavior because even though this shop is full of cultural appropriation selling native American jewelry. How you treat people from other cultures is very important especially in this day and age. I shall have to give my jewelry positive healing to make sure that the racist vibes are gone from them. You have Definitely lost a customer.

I went there earlier and bought 3 Crystal chip bracelets. The staffs, 2 young women were chatting and chatting… not even a single greeting! And then as I was browsing and ready to pay, I was just standing at the counter waiting… and a man came from upstairs looking at me, (maybe the owner/manager) a very strange awkward look. It’s was a very weird feeling I felt in that shop. And the young staff said “oh I didn’t see you…” and she looked at me so strangely spooky. Not even a conversation or smile. That shop has got that kind of unexplained vibes.

This is a wonderful shop. Myself and my husband bought rings for our handfasting ceremony here. It was nice to have something a bit different and ethical. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are lots of lovely crystals, candles and incense. I also have a beautiful walnut flute from here that I'm learning to play.As far as I'm aware the owners have good ethics concerning sourcing which is important for me.

This has to be my favourite shop in Brighton I've been going there for many years. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful they gave me lots of great advice today and had a very nice conversation with them. A beautiful selection of crystals, natural incenses, musical instruments and other bits. If I could I would definitely give more then 5 stars.

A good place with nice crystals and good knowledge about crystals. They did mislabel the heat treated amethyst as citrine" which are similar but are two totally different crystals. The shop also smelled like enough incense to knock-out an asthmatic person

Not sure how authentic it all is? No explanations of what makes their goods authentic Native American? Buying items that haven't been authenticated is bad for the Native American community. Staff rather miserable. The level of Integrity is still undecided for me I'm afraid.
